Description

The coast line of the peninsula is followed by a wall at depth of 18-25 m. A number of caves, channels and holes may be seen. At depth of 10 m there are two caves interconnected by a short tunnel to pass from one cave to another. It is possible to rise to the surface at the point of arched ceiling filled up with air. The cupola abounds in polychrome of sponges and corals.

Note

There are many locations in Pula and its surroundings approachable by sea. Bumbište is just one of them.
