Description
Isle in front of the east coast of Island of Cres. Veli and Mali Čutin (Big and Small Čutin) are two isles close to the coast of Cres. The location is approachable by sea only. An ideal diving position is a wall at north-east part of Veli Čutin where the ground is sinking down to depth of 50 meters.
Wonderful vertical walls full of cutting, gaps, canyons, and caves. Rich animal and plant life. The underwater colors may be well compared to polychrome tropic seas. Bright red sea grass, sun-like yellow sponges. White, rose and yellow corals make a perfect harmony and offer an unforgettable adventure of exploring the whole beauty spots of our underwater.

Thanks to variety and beauty of their underwater life, Veli and Mali Čutin represent the areas where the scientists – underwater biologists often carry on their research works. Veli and Mali Čutin will therefore become protected underwater parks in the near future. Excellent location for underwater photography.
